Two-way conversations, richer than text
Replies land in the same thread as the message you sent, with no short-code stitching or separate inbox. Read receipts tell you when it arrived, and typing indicators show when someone's writing back. And you can send far more than text: product cards with a Track Order button, appointment reminders with confirm-or-reschedule, live delivery maps, photos, and PDFs, with media up to [TBD: max media size] per image.
One API. iMessage and RCS.
Apple users see iMessage. Android users see RCS through Google Messages. You send one message through the same API and dashboard you use now, and we route it to whatever's native on each recipient's device. There's nothing extra to integrate and no second bill to manage.
Built on Australian infrastructure
Rich messages run on the same Sydney-region AWS stack that carries your SMS today, under the same uptime guarantee. When delivery has to leave Australia it goes straight to the channel operator, Apple for iMessage and Google for RCS, with no resellers or low-trust hops in between. Your customer data stays in Australia wherever the channel allows.
When iMessage or RCS isn't available, SMS fills the gap
Not every recipient has a compatible device yet. When one doesn't, the message falls back to SMS on the same direct Australian routes, automatically and in the same API call. You don't change anything, and your customer still gets the message.
