How do your recipients reply to your messages? When you chose our Web SMS service to send messages, your recipients can reply your messages, as if they were a regular text. At no charge to you. By default reply SMS messages are sent to the mobile number which you entered during your registration process. You have the flexibility of changing this number, anytime you need, to a landline number, or other business number as well as to your business name! You can also chose to receive the replies to your SMS by email, provided you possess a Virtual Mobile Number.

Virtual Mobile Number

Do you want your messages and replies to be forwarded to your email address? A virtual or dedicated incoming number allows you to send messages from this number, so replies or SMS Messages sent to this number are received and forwarded to you by email. Set this up on your account by contacting us with your account details. This service is free to setup, which will take about 2 business days and the cost is $40 per month (inclusive of GST).
