Do you provide message delivery tracking facilities?

Our smart SMS Gateway provides you with various delivery acknowledgements which range from the delivery to the supporting networks, delivery to the user's mobile or if the message has been delayed as the user has their phone switched off. You can determine the status of all your messages by logging in to your account page.

Do you have a Customer Care Centre?

Unlike other providers we do not run call or "care" centres for handling customer enquiries. All our customer enquires are handled by real staff "on the ground" who know the service back the front and are not reading from a script. This improves the service you get and lets us keep our prices low.
