Online SMS allows you to get in contact with any mobile number for a fraction of the price you would pay anywhere else. Our customers have used 5c SMS to get in touch with friends, family, staff and customers and sent from as few as 1 SMS to as many 100,000 messages in a single click.

SMS is a powerful, cost-effective and un-intrusive tool for directly contacting your customers, staff and contacts. When getting in contact with your existing and potential customers SMS will give your business the competitive edge.

Replies to your mobile
When you setup an account, or send out messages you can specify your Sender ID. This allows your recipient to identify who the message is from. If a mobile number is set recipients can respond back to you directly as if the message was from an ordinary mobile. These messages will be received on you own mobile device. This is at no charge to you.

Replies to your email
Alternatively, you can receive responses by email. When sending a message select to receive replies to your email address. You will receive all responses to your messages to your registered email address and can take advantages of features such as Auto Unsubscribe. Reply to email is currently only available through the web interface.

Text Sender IDs
You can also set your Sender ID to be your business name, making it easy for your recipients to quickly identify who the message is from. Please note Sender ID's which include this text cannot be replied to.

Sending an SMS from the web is easy, just sign up for an account, purchase the number of messages you wish to send, enter the recipients and messages then hit send.

Sending Bulk Messages
You can enter any number of mobile numbers into the To field, as long as each number is on its own line, or separated by a comma.

Multi-Part Messages
A single SMS is 160 characters, but you can create a multi-part message of to 612 characters. Our system will automatically split up your message then put it back together on the recipients mobile. Check below your message text to see how many messages your message is made up of and how many characters you have remaining.

Delivery Reporting
How do I know my messages were received? When you hit the send button you will see immediate feedback to let you know your messages are on their way. You can find further details, including confirmation your messages have been received by the recipient mobiles, on the Message History page.

Have a list of numbers you need to get in contact with quickly? Our Web interface can easily handle an unlimited number of recipients. Most customers who store these numbers in Excel or a Database can simply copy and paste the list of numbers straight from almost any source application into the To field on the Send an SMS page.

Templates
If you send out a lot of similar messages you can now save these messages as templates for later use. Once you have entered your template text select Save from the Template menu. You can then edit and resend this message by adding the template text from the Template menu on the Send an SMS page.

Auto Unsubscribe
When you send a bulk message and opt to receive responses by email your recipients can automatically unsubscribe. To do this they can reply STOP to your message. Our system will automatically remove them from your contact list, and let you know by email the user has unsubscribed.

Our built in contact manager lets you manage simple lists of contacts and send a message out to all your contacts or one group of contacts with a single click. Your contact list is available on the Send an SMS Page. A few of the functions functions available;

Groups
If you have different sets of contacts and need the flexibility to contact groups at a time you can create a set of groups in your contact list. Once you have a group setup you can easily direct a bulk message to one (or more) groups in a single click. You can also upload contacts straight into a group.

Personalised Messages
Want to personalise a bulk message for each recipient? You can do this by inserting the [#FirstName#] and/or [#LastName#] tags into your message body. This will insert the name into each message in a bulk send. You must have specified the name of your Contact in your contact list for this function to work.
