Our service allows customers to simply email the "recipients mobile number"@sms.5centsms.com.au from their registered email domain, which their account email password included. This allows staff to begin using the service without installing and learning to use new software, or requiring them to remember a unique set of usernames and passwords for the service.
Some customer management or marketing software only supports contacting customers electronically by email. Using the Email-to-SMS service customers can use our Email-to-SMS addresses to contact customers in a responsive, quick and unobtrusive manner.

You have the flexibility of changing this number, anytime you need, to a landline number, or other business number as well as to your business name! You can also chose to receive the replies to your SMS by email, provided you possess a Virtual Mobile Number.
